I've worked as a chef for almost three decades, and in that time I developed a keen interest in knives and sharpening. In the beginning I was simply maintaining my own knives, and over time I began to sharpen for my cooks as well. This evolved into a part time gig sharpening for restaurants and a few regular online customers. After 27 years in the kitchen I've decided to shift my focus to sharpening full time! My passion has always been for Japanese kitchen knives but we'll sharpen virtually anything with an edge including hunting knives and gardening tools. Additionally we can engrave your knives and special items as well. We'd love to have you stop in to check us out.

Med (5.1"-9") = $10
Large (9.1" or larger) = $13

Major Repairs $8 (large chips, missing tips, etc)

Minor Repairs (small chips, tips) included

Restaurant workers, ask about a commercial discount
